I. Executive Summary

Outfite is an exciting new business that allows people to custom design a shirt (specifically the design on the front or back), or any kind of decal any way that they would like. The company was founded by Yarui Huang. The company is set up as a North Carolina L.L.C. Outfite will have a storefront in Hope Mills as well as a comprehensive website that allows ordering to occur anywhere.

By using Cricut software and machine this allows custom shirt printing in production runs as small as one unit. Imagine the ability to create a totally custom shirt. You choose the material and style of the shirt, and then the image or graphic you want on the front and/or back. This is the ultimate form of expression. There are no limits to what you can communicate. Some people might show their fanaticism for a sports team, others a musician. Or you might have a social message or cause on your shirt. Whatever you may decide, you can print any image on your shirt. 

Outfite is asking for investors to come and invest in this business.

II. Vision and Mission Statement

Vision Statement

Our vision is to establish a T-shirt design brand and sales company whose brand will not only be accepted in the United States of America, but also in other parts of the world.

Mission Statement

Outfite mission is to offer the finest in custom shirt production. Outfite will offer customers the best product at the best price. Customer's expectations will always be exceeded.

Our Business

Outfite will offer customers a variety of options for creating their own custom shirts. Most of the orders will be for t-shirts; however, they will sell decals as well. Most other competitors' costs prohibit printing custom shirts in one-off production runs. Finally, the customer may choose from an extensive library of existing images, supply their own image, or have an artist create an image for them.

III. Company Description

Outfite is a start-up organization. It has been formed as a North Carolina registered L.L.C. by Yarui Huang. The L.L.C. formation was chosen to minimize personal liability issues for the owner and avoiding the double taxation found in traditional corporations.

Developmental goals

Our developmental goals are looking for active investors who can offer advice and different strategies to help the business strive. Outfite would like to open a store front in Hope Mills in the upcoming year to have one-on-one contact with our customers. Moreover, we’d like to provide each of our employees training sessions on how to give and receive effective feedback in order to enhance our customer service and tight teamwork efficiency.
