Using various tools and technology, I am responsible for delivering financial and statistical trend reports for the hospitals. Including the information, I gathered while working on these reports and projects in my professional portfolio. Modern technological advancements are also influencing the financial administration of healthcare. Early melanoma detection methods, robotic-assisted stroke therapy, and software that aids in obtaining high-quality images and movies of the heart are just a few of the medical applications of artificial intelligence. Health information management professionals should use their technological expertise to integrate AI, blockchain, cloud computing, and other trends into their financial strategies (Healthcare, 2020).

Financial management's primary responsibility in healthcare organizations is to manage money and risk in a way that helps the business meet its financial objectives. When a healthcare organization's financial management plans are solid and well-organized, it can deliver effective care to all its patients (Financial management in healthcare, n.d).

Data analytics in financial analysis

In financial analysis, data analytics can be used for various purposes, including establishing corporate goals and objectives, making financial policy, monitoring economic trends, and more. Data analytics can help CFOs, financial managers, accounting personnel, and even purchasing managers receive the accurate information they need to make key decisions. Data analytics allows firms to forecast how well they will perform over time, one of its most essential aspects. When historical data is combined with forward-looking financial statements, a projection that considers future changes can be created. Data analytics, unlike static accounting reports, enables dynamic analysis (decision-making, n.d). 3 Responsibilities of Decision support system Decision support system’s responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing solutions, developing specifications, updating product information, and assisting with training and documentation. A Decision Support System Analyst frequently collaborates with users to design and document Decision Support System requirements.

Internship advice

I learned that it is suitable for aspiring interns to put their newly acquired talents to good use and leave a positive lasting impression at their workplace, which will help them find a future job. It also gives interns valuable insight into the dos and don'ts of internship time. It includes helpful suggestions for people who are afraid in front of many superiors, such as speaking out (Berger, 2018).

Skills needed to make internship successful

Time management: Due to the nature of the job, it is necessary to create a list of assigned tasks, prioritize them, and complete them on time. The organization should be aware of the production and time allotment to avoid overburden.

Communication:

Stakeholders must communicate transparently. It's critical to pay close attention to both oral and written communications.

Resource Management: Resource Management entails prioritizing tasks and aligning them with resources to have the most significant impact possible with the limited resources available (Berger, 2018). I'll make sure I'm in command of the projects or responsibilities at hand because they pass via sales and customer success teams, as well as customer input. If I went out-of-the-box and built direct relationships with customers, I'd call it immediate, unfiltered feedback, which led to better requirements and a better product.

5 The fundamental purpose of the internship is to learn and develop a strong network. Internships allow us to obtain valuable hands-on experience in the field we are working in. To avoid becoming overworked, make sure you are aware of your obligations and communicate tasks properly. Always be eager to learn new skills and never be afraid to ask questions at work.
