Justification
•	Three months salary support is requested for a graduate student, who will be working primarily on the optimization of the fungal cell wall fractionation protocol.
•	The budget requested is to cover cost for material (agar, salts, petri dishes, etc.) required for the fungal growth, the purchase of glucanase, exochitinase and trypsin for all the proposed studies as well as gels, molecular weight markers and buffers required for the in-gel digestion work
