Project Budget
In calculating the budget of the scheme cost, we used the top-down estimating approach. We gathered information from past website designs projects. Reviewing the past website design projects gave us the specific parameters to determine the correlation between the cost of the project and the relevant estimator valuable data.

The final projected budget of the project is $ 4000 and thus, the top down cost estimated is not higher than it was expected owing to inability to uncover the possible cash taking perils just like protecting potential workers and the working equipment. Our contingent budget plan is vested on increasing the level of competition through introduction of latest designs, innovations and marketing programs. This program has been allocated $4000.
Resource Management
Administration of the project team will entail being specific and setting targets. Explanation of the case of the project outline to the project team will be very imperative. Letting the rest of the team know about the benefits and outcomes of the project is vital. Team conflicts can be eliminated by creating a team spirit. Team spirit will reduce cases of team members arguing amongst themselves. A good team spirit will ensure that the roles and responsibilities of all the members are clarified (Richman, 2012).
A balanced matrix organization structure will be viable for the website design project. Since we intend to divide the business into various functional departments, the matrix organization structure will be applicable.
