3. The truth of the cessation of suffering (there is a path to serenity)

4. The truth of the eight-fold path to the cessation of suffering

FIVE PRECEPTS:

1. No killing

FIVE ADDITIONAL PRECEPTS FOR MONKS/NUNS:

1. No eating after midday

2. No use of jewelry/ornaments

3. No Attendance at musical or theatrical performances

4. No handling of money

5. No use of soft beds
