When it comes down to aging well, many people tend to visualize an old person with a youthful look. However, true successful aging is more so about your ability to perform at an adequate level of physical functioning without any health concerns. Most people who aged successfully, took care of themselves mentally, emotionally, and most importantly physically. If you are not putting your health before your preferences in terms of what you eat, you will be disadvantaged later on in life.
