Dear esteemed customers, at Sophia’s Restaurant we would like to thank you for your continued support and loyalty throughout the years. Our goal has and will always be to deliver impeccable service that satisfies the dining needs for all our customers. In keeping up with this goal, we have introduced a variety of new menus and made some innovative changes to our customer care services. On our new menu, you can now try our fresh daily baked bread, Swedish pancakes, skillets, and an array of omelets for breakfast (tripadvisor.com, 2018). For lunch, you can now indulge with our burgers and a wide variety of salads while for dinner, you can enjoy incredible entrees including chicken dishes, pastas, and family classics such as breaded pork tenderloin and country fried steak.

We have a children’s menu and a senior menu to meet the needs of all of customers. We have also extended our menu to include specific diet-friendly, gluten free, vegan, and organic meals (tripadvisor.com, 2018). At Sophia’s, we believe that the inclusion of these products to our menu will greatly appeal to health conscious consumers. Besides offering this extensive menu, we also take pride in our outstanding service. We have managed to achieve this outstanding service through providing ongoing training to all our employees. This training equips them with the relevant skills and competencies that they require to deliver impeccable customer service. The major topics that we emphasize for training employees include etiquette, effective communication, appearance, knowledge of menu, and diversity awareness.

At Sophia’s, our commitment is serving customers from all demographics. This is the reason that we have taken the conscious decision to train them in diversity awareness, which ensures that they understand the needs of all customers and serve them accordingly (Davis, Lockwood, Pantelidis, & Alcott, 2013). Staff members are friendly, warm, responsive, and attentive to the needs of all customers. We also strive to hire great chefs with vast experience in preparing the best foods for our customers. As Davis et al. (2013) point out, having experienced, friendly and responsive staff members is the key to success in any business operating in the food and restaurant industry.

We additionally provide free internet access via our strong Wi-Fi network and have ample parking space at the restaurant. In addition, we have invested in up-to-date technologies including a state-of-the-art POS system that eases the work for our staff members and increases convenience to our customers. Our commitment to environmental sustainability is also unrelenting. We believe that these attributes set us apart from many of our competitors in the vicinity.
