Code of Conduct:
1. Respectful Relationships: At Brillo Mexicano, we believe in treating each other with
respect and kindness. We expect everyone to conduct themselves in a professional
and courteous manner at all times. This includes refraining from any behaviour that
is discriminatory, harassing, or abusive towards other employees, customers, or
partners. We encourage open communication, active listening, and constructive
feedback to maintain positive working relationships.
2. Sustainability: We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact and
promoting sustainability at all of our restaurants. We expect all employees to
contribute to this effort by reducing waste, conserving energy, and using
environmentally friendly products whenever possible. We also encourage our
suppliers to adopt sustainable practices and source their products responsibly.
3. Diversity: At Brillo Mexicano, we celebrate diversity and value inclusivity. We believe
that a diverse workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and collaboration. We expect

5. Integrity: At Brillo Mexicano, we believe in conducting ourselves with honesty and

behaviour that is dishonest or unethical. We also expect employees to follow all
company policies and procedures, and to report any violations or concerns to
management.
Performance Measures: We recognize the importance of both addressing poor behaviour
and recognizing high performance in teams. Any employee who violates the code of conduct
will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. On the other hand, we
also believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance. We regularly evaluate
and provide feedback to our employees, and offer incentives for outstanding performance,
such as bonuses or promotions.
Conflict Management: We strive to create a fair and equitable system for conflict
management. Any employee who experiences or witnesses poor behaviour or discrimination
should report it to management immediately. We will investigate all complaints promptly
and take appropriate action to address any issues. We encourage open communication and
dialogue to resolve conflicts and maintain positive working relationships.
