Henry Clinton made a promise to his people but did not allow the word to come to pass. The successful campaign for capturing Charleston, South Carolina in 1780 was again followed by other crucial events. For example, the climaxing of the hanging of the patriot and then speeding of the revolutionary war in the Southern parts of Carolina. Charles was born in 1730 in Newfoundland. He was the only son to his father, Mr. George Clinton. In the army, his service leadership roles in his work led to promotion until he became the Governor of New York between 1743 and 1753 after its foundation in 1731.
In January 20, 1743 at Dunbog parish in the Scottish shire a man was born by the name Nisbet Balfour. The man went through processes and finally became rich. His wealth did not come from inheritance since his father was just a mere man who with practice of book selling. In his studies, some information links him to University of St. Andrews where his studies were not completed at the place. Instead of doing the studies, the man went forth and joined a group of Army through the purchase of commission. In 1762, the process was successful and made a way for the Regiment of foot in the British Army.
In July 1781, a different Army officer with same rank and merit just like Lieutenant Balfour made his way to Charleston. The ruling of Lt. Col. In their ruling, the use of power to drive away their points became the normal way of life. The friendship became a way for silencing their enemies whereby people who against their ruling came to an end. The command of the man to the Army gave a way for the stand in the Army and fight towards best leadership. On the other hand the Irish leadership was with lack of funds and therefore could not have a power for political ruling due to lack of political connections. One man came from a noble family with wealth and many privileges thus could have influence on political issues. In addition, another man came from South Carolina upcountry where the practice of aristocracy became normal. The power of the three leaders was famous for approximately 10 years. The oldest among the three was Lieutenant Colonel Balfour with thirty eight years. The age of Lieutenant Colonel Rawdon with an age of twenty six years. The places they were fighting and practicing leadership roles made their way for their being single. Their families were kept far from them due to the fear of getting attack. One of the soldiers was unwell and they were all exhausted by the roles of the day. The days were passing very fast with getting old at a fast rate.
The motivations at British representative brought action by the British republic with the motivation by Lt. Colonel Mackenzie in 1787under the rebuttal of Lt Colonel Banastre Tarleton. Initiation of the step by Henry Clinton allows a series of events for Isaac Haynes concerning the execution. The way in which he solved the matter would not be having any effects to the people of America as well as the officers. The report shows that Greene originality was at Rhode Island and the year he was born is 1742. The way he rose was amazing since there were no one who could guide him on the issues pertaining the life he had been passing through. Although he was a mere solder, the humble beginning could not hold his dream from the time he was a normal man in the field of security as a local army through ranks to the point when he became a continental army soldier. The public demand at the time became harsh making retaliation desires and appraisals to commence. For example, to retaliate the killing of one of the leaders of the army, Greene staged war and in the process one of the soldiers we murdered for the retaliation of the murder of Hayne. His courage grew and even at a point a made a report to George Bush that he could stage war against any other power that could be against his ruling. The report on the war and the murder got to George Bush in 1781. The process gave in to definition of the report on the way forward for the individuals. The story of the death of Hayne was later recorded by a South Carolina historian who gave the coverage the goals and essence of his tactics of operation. The report by Edward gave a review on the way Hayne had the commitment to his work. In other words, the historian opens up the mind of the people with regard to the work he was entrusted to. The additional report on the work done by Hayne makes everything look beautiful since the people made other duties of the leaders to be simple due to the guidelines contained in the historian book.
The strategies used by Colonel Haynes up to the point of his death, the leadership strategies he was using and the attachment to his commitment has high levels of contribution for the people the land. The commitment to the word which he said the people he was leading and the number of decision he was making as well as the other people’s respect gave in for the way for quality leadership. The decision making for his choices appears brilliant more than the other leader’s decision therefore making his goals to be achieved easily. The tactics in which he made the arrangement for the army attaches him to greater heights of leadership thus could get easier ways of controlling his soldiers.
The role taken by Hayne charges a responsibility for the other future leaders since the rightful place he took gave him an entry to the heroes of the country. The narrations of the leadership the United States of America could charge themselves with a role of getting referencing points from the way they lead other people. In other words, Isaac carries a model to the predecessors on the commitment and servant leadership. The role he played towards the fight he was doing for the country and the number of times the people were making references on the duties and the way he performed brought differences in the House of Lords of Francis Rawdon giving a way for debates. The further discussion allows the people to get information on the criminality role of Isaac Hayne and the way of preventing future acts that would promote the same roles. In conjunction with the history of the man, the other parts of Carolina found a rich grounds for the historical events and role modeling.
