As you are completing this unit, there are psychophysical stressors that are acting upon you. Discuss one of those that you would feel comfortable sharing with your classmates. Provide a solution to that stressor, and then allow your classmates to provide a solution or two as well. Perhaps it is a financial, emotional, or health-related issue. Solicit help from others who might have gone through what you are going through or are currently going through a similar situation.
