Board Question

Table 2-1 of the OSHA Field Operations Manual contains a list of the inspection priority criteria used to determine which sites are inspected. Do you believe OSHA has the priorities in the correct order, or do you believe they should be changed? Can you think of another category that should be added to the priority list? Provide sound reasoning for your answer.
