You’re an entrepreneur who has a great idea for a product or service, but you’re lacking the funds to implement your brainchild. You know you’re going to make a fortune, but you just need funding. It’ll be tough, but your job is to create a great presentation that will secure funding from willing investors.

This project will be broken down into three separate parts. The culmination of your work will be a Power Point Presentation (10 slides minimum) outlining the benefits of your product or service.

Capstone Project Part 2 Description:

Who are your competitors?

Describe your competitors in at least 3 paragraphs (5-6 sentences each) total by answering each of the following questions:

1) Are there other companies that currently sell your product or service? If so, who are they? Provide detailed information on who you think will be your biggest competition. If not, which type of organizations do you foresee in the future as your competitor?

2) What are the weaknesses and strengths of your competition? How long have they been established in the market?

3) What target markets are your competitors servicing?

4) How will you set up your product against your competition? How is your product or service better than your competitors?
