Blue Ocean Strategy Review

I want to be able to read your report and understand the central theme of the book. So, I would summarize what the authors mean by a Blue Ocean Strategy and how it differs from how most companies operate.

I then want to understand how a couple of organizations they've studied (like Cirque du Soleil) have used this strategy to differentiate themselves.

I'm expecting this paper to be a minimum of 3-5 pages, with an average length of 4 pages. Please reference all sources, including the BOS book.
