I like to mention that in past 7th Weeks other than these online trainings, I actively took part at blood drive events being help at Holiday Inn, each week. Not only that I worked along with other fellow volunteers and Interns. My job during blood drive was to assist the paramedics and other staff. I also had to work at the front desk to greet the people coming for blood donations and to assist them with registration process. I would also follow up with people once they have donated the blood and to assist them with their future appointments.

But starting from week 8th was increasing blood drive because of the shortage on the blood. So I worked more at blood drive. And also because of (COVID-19) coronavirus pandemic we started to add some extra step to make sure everybody is safe like check temperature, a social distance between donor at waiting, also providing hand sanitizer and mask to the donor.

Lead donor Ambassador:

Because American red cross adding multi blood drive location I have managed the place between me and my fellow volunteers and Interns to cover most of them

I learned:

- How to use your leadership skills

- To help donors understand the mission

- How to look to changes and get new programs

- Recruit and mentor new donor ambassadors
