Why did you enter the field of early childhood? What did you hope to accomplish? Early childhood leaders are driven by their desire to positively impact the lives of young children and their families. Fueled by positivity and conviction, you and your colleagues strive to educate families, politicians, and communities on why the provision of quality early care is crucial to children’s healthy development.

In this Blog, you consider how the concepts in this course can assist you in your efforts to mobilize and influence change. You then reflect on your responsibility in leading evaluations that will prove to make lasting impacts on today’s programs.
