What needs to be included also

1) Would it be possible if you could generate at least a page long introduction with including the main goal of this paper

2) And please also include some of the possible theories to use as foundation to link with the findings. (please state that in the introduction briefly and elaborate them in an additional paragraph)

3) As I suggested in the beginning, you could use Resource Based Theory and Institutional Theory together, and I think both of them are easier to link with the established contents you have for all different companies. If not, please at least implement one HRM related theory.

4) Please also give significant scientific sources in the statements you established
