The entire research touches the areas, which are required in the best manner and give the best arguments to the entire nation for those who issues to listening the vital values and drawing their values from that point. The views of the nation to the media discussed, as perceived through the journals and the books of research in the field of the captions.

The research on the issue of the influence of the public perception by a social movement under the control of the devices of the information that is involved in a certain period therefore bared by the fact that the entire fraternity has to bear with the situations. Therefore, the methods that the researcher used to collect analyze report and interpret data in the study issued in the methodological manner and the way of the data gathering (Reeve, 1960). The research was very objective and exploratory in nature and that made the basis of the research paper. The research based on the question and objectives of the research as well as the significance, scope, research hypothesis, research limitation used to guide the study.

Research Design and Strategy

The research was based on a qualitative and quantitative research design. The design was favoured because it was exploratory and helped the researcher to have an in-depth analysis on the secondary resources. It helped the researcher to gain a good understanding concerning to the perception of the media as in the influencing its movement and the spread of the communication and information technology devices and softs. The research employed the design in order to gain an understanding to the subject and avoid generalizing (Reeve, 1960). The study involved the major methods of qualitative research design. To begin with, the research employs an ethnography design in it aims at reviewing and describing the characteristics the phenomenon under investigation.

Data Collection Techniques

Data was collected from secondary sources that included books, online sources, journals, company websites and the annual reports, library materials guided by the research topic and the underlying variables. Internet research was steered by the research questions that shaped the objectives sought and hypothesis tested in the study. Published summaries and reports from various organizations, data collected by other scholars, governments as well as other statistical institutions were used in informing the study (Reeve, 1960). Secondary data sources opted for the study since they were considered to be not only timesaving but also resource efficient as they called for reduced investment in personnel.

The secondary data was chosen for the study since it was easily accessible because the primary individuals who gathered and analysed it placed it for access to anyone in need. Reliable, valid, relevant and consistent data sources were used in the study preceded by a chronological and systematic data cleaning process via analytical and critical reasoning approaches rather than the direct and unreasoned presentation of secondary data.

Validity and Reliability Tests

In order to validate the hypothesis both internal and external validity checks were conducted so as to validate the research data. The external validity tests were done in validation of the secondary data obtained by the study from the secondary sources such as books, journals, books, organizational reports and magazines.

Literature review was infamously relied upon by the study in creating of validity tests that were aimed at testing the topic as well as the expected outcome and the realized data. It acted as the bases or rather the blue print that directed the researcher as the similar process was done previously (Reeve, 1960). The literature gave the researcher the information on how to undergo the validity tests. Reliability tests were used to test the accuracy and truth of the information. Secondary data was also verified in order to measure its consistency. Lastly the researcher made tests of the methodologies by matching them with the previous studies and also testing them to ensure there will be no variations in future studies.

Conclusion

In the conclusion, there are quite different and a variety of resources used to evaluate the research on the vitalities of the perceptions of the people to the information movement fo the medias. This includes the process of motivating the members to evaluate their virtues and values in the media thus giving the rights of the perceptive people. Through such methods as the media, politics, campaigns and activism among others, are capable entice the entire globe and draw their attention at large.
