As Christians, it is our responsibility to hold God's standard to the best of our ability. We are a representation of him. We are to strive to bring forth our best efforts to show integrity, stewardship, and truth. It is important for Christians to walk in integrity and be honest in our writing. In order to be honest, we have to give proper credit when it is due by using proper citations.

To be authentic, one must be true to themselves and put in the necessary work to accomplish that. Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (KJV)."  As a writer, that is your voice and that is your power! It allows you to speak volumes with your paper and pen. It is the opportunity to show your craft. You have to show good stewardship and take on the responsibility. Are you dedicated to your craft as a writer to make sure you are producing your best work. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication into putting in the necessary work to write a paper. You have to research, write, and edit for the final draft. Writing this is your chance to walk in the spirit of excellence of truth. You have to be committed as a writer to bringing new ideas to the table, being clear in what you are saying, having clarity, and paying attention to details.  Are you going to be dedicated to the hard work it takes to bring forth the excellence of a writer? As a writer, you are doing an act of service. This is your way of servicing the people. As a writer, you can motivate, encourage, educate, and influence through your writing. How you use your power is all up to you but use it wisely because our pursuit of excellence is not something that should be considered optional-it's a mandate given to us by God (Murbarger,2024)
