• The current global pandemic has changed the way many people around the world work. Ask someone you know who has been working from home about their experiences with remote work (advantages and disadvantages) and summarize them briefly. Would they like to continue to work fully remotely? Justify.

• Choose one alternative flexibility program and critically analyze its merits. As a manager, which criteria would you consider when choosing the best program for your employees? Clearly justify your answer.

Format • Word-count: 1500 words (+/- 10%)

• Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded from the total word- count.

• Font: Arial 12 pts.

• Text alignment: Justified.

• The in-text References and the Bibliography must be in Harvard’s citation style.
