Workplace Evaluation Infographic

The figure below shows an infographic that defines the positive and negative attributes that influence the level of creativity of a given workplace. The success of a company is based on the ability to maintain a positive relationship with its employees (Noh & Johnson, 2016). In order for the company to succeed, employees must be given the necessary level of freedom and resources to boost their creativity. Understanding the factors that undermine creativity can help to come up with a better approach to promoting better outcomes.
