Introduction of Alicyons organization
Ailcyons is a for-profit company that offers a variety of services and goods. The
company has specialized in the development of portable devices that may be utilized to listen to
music anywhere. These devices have been designed in a manner that provides the highest
sound quality possible, allowing an individual to feel the groove of the music while still hearing
the lyrics sung by the singer. Musicians can use the company's music licensing services, while
content creators can use the web platform for marketing their work. As a result, the corporation
receives a portion of all royalties collected by musicians and other creators. Ailcyons
organization provides the services or products which they have made for their target clients in
exchange for cash. As a result, this organization can earn and receive income from their
business activities via the goods and services they provide. As a result, developing better
products and technologies ensures that a company's future is brighter. In layman's terms,
company owners' creation of new goods/services can be described as the organization's
lifeblood.
Goal settings
Establishing workplace performance objectives and goals can help drive workers to
do greater work and give a benchmark against which they can be measured. Supervisors of
Ailcyons organization may be expected to set targets for their teams' performance. productivity,
job happiness, motivation, and accountability are all common objectives (McShane & Von
Glinow, 2018). We'll look at what worker’s performance objectives are, some illustrations of
typical performance targets and how to create them. Many businesses use performance system
of management to evaluate how well employees accomplish their objectives. They
inform employees what they need to work on in order to get a raise payment or a new job. In

goal setting, Ailcyons organization manager will develop goals for their workers by using some
of the measurable steps to set goals which will assist in improving the performance of their
team and drive the growth of the organization. First, Ailcyons organization will review the
organizational goals and objectives in order to connect goals for performance for every worker
with both strategy and mission for the organization. The manager will be expected to
incorporate the employees to actively participate in giving suggestions and identifying their
own job specific goals. By doing this, employees will be motivated to attains their target goals
rather than the imposed goals by the manager. Finally, the manager for Ailcyons organization
will use SMART method to set goals in order to make sure employees goals on performance
are measurable, time-bound, specific, relevant and are more achievable (McShane & Von
Glinow, 2018). Leadership is involving persuading, motivating, and empowering others to
achieve their goals which affect the performance and achievement of organizational goals to
which they belong The organization's leaders desire to change workers' behaviors and work in a
positive manner. This transformational leadership style aims to establish and promote a shared
paradigm throughout the organization—creating a commitment among employees to embrace
the company’s mission and vision.
Application of the 5C’s
Teamwork rather than rivalry is required in a culture that promotes shared leadership.
When employees assist each other rather than competing with one another for the initiative,
they take on collaborative leadership positions. As you progress in your professional
development, you can improve and become even more successful. The employee and manager
of Ailcyons organization will have to keep the 5Cs in their mind when leading: commitment,
courage, communication, core values, and calmness among the employees within the

organization. Ailcyons leaders will examine and improve the 5 behavioral operations with their
employees in order to establish a high-performing workforce.
Effective communication approaches
In any organization, effective communication is critical. Only excellent
communication strategies can help a firm prosper and overcome all kinds of external, internal
misconceptions, regardless of its operational scale (McShane & Von Glinow, 2018). The value
of communicating in a company cannot be overstated. Furthermore, good communication
tactics assist the firm in developing strong ties with its personnel. The organization can also
track its success rate and provide a pleasant working environment for its staff. Ailcyons
organization will develop a proper communication atmosphere: Ailcyons organization should
strive to establish a communication climate in where all employees are free to express
comments, fascinating thoughts, and even criticisms about any particular problem. The
Ailcyons organization will utilize an inclusive communication strategy in which all employees
are welcomed to participate in company decisions. Such judgments must be relevant to the
corporation's day-to-day operations. Employees will be more motivated to contribute more
innovative and productive ideas to the organization as a result of this. As an outcome, the
organization's talent pool is no longer constrained.
Strategies for improving team rewards
Ailcyons aspires to foster a culture in which every worker is expected to play a
leadership role while also limiting conflict within the expanding team. They will begin to
prepare the path for the ideal organizational mission, vision, and employee dedication by
generating awards, recognition, and celebrations for milestones reached by the Ailcyons
organization. When conflict inevitably arises, it is essential to view it as a chance to build a

healthy relationship. Though conflict is unavoidable in the workplace, it is beneficial for
executives to understand the common causes of conflict and how to effectively handle it.
Management of conflict
When an individual believes that they are being disregarded by an organization or
someone and their real interests are being misunderstood or devalued, conflict arises. Despite
the corporation's Christian principles, Ailcyons organization executives should be conscious
that the employee population may have cultural variances. Conflict relations are frequently
influenced by cultural differences. "Values, views, and demands of younger and more veteran
workers may differ from those of newer and younger employees.” Conflict can be used by
company leaders to enable employees to share their experiences and opinions in a positive
manner (Columbia Southern University, 2019).
Overcoming change resistance
Through charity activities that involve team building activities, team members, special
acknowledgment for successes, and testimony, the owner and leaders of the organization can
model the Ailcyons organization's mission of sharing the Gospel. Transformation leaders
promote a learning atmosphere in which employees are encouraged to improve their processes
and communicate fresh ideas on a regular basis (Columbia Southern University, 2019). They
will inspire their workers to question unethical behaviors and to explore with alternative
approaches that are more in line with the product's long-term strategy. Each employee finds
Ailcyon's ideas and plans for the organization's future significant and compelling.

Transformative management is a process of behaviors that motivates followers to
work toward a common goal. The Ailcyons organization can start engaging workers in order to
earn their confidence and motivate them to support the company's overarching vision. The
Ailcyons will become more effective if each employee is given the opportunity to participate in
their varied roles. Leadership isn't just a job title or a title; it's a shared responsibility.
