Task

One of the most important activities in your professional career, once you become a manager, will be to learn to lead change in your company/business

unit/department, as one thing is for sure, you will be continuously exposed to changing situations that you will need to react accordingly.

Please follow the steps below to prepare your midterm report. Do not forget to take into consideration my tips for producing a great report.

You will answer a series of questions about Change. You can find them at the end of this document.
