Task

You just have been appointed as a director of a leading business consulting firm specialized in Managing Change. Your client, the CEO of a top 100 Franchise Corporation ( https://www.franchisedirect.com/top100globalfranchises/rankings?page=1) has asked you to help the organization manage the necessary changes as a result of COVID19 and prepare it to welcome the future technological challenges that are expected to impact the Corporation in the next 5 years.

The report should:

• describe the pre-COVID19 situation facing the organization (you can choose one specific area of it and one particular geography). • who the change agents were and how they acted to fight back this unexpected health situation. • how the changes were planned and implemented to help the Corporation network of franchisees survive the COVID situation. • how resistances, if any, were dealt with. • the results/outcomes of the change

Key criteria for evaluation:

1. Use of course concepts and methodologies. 2. Research undertaken. 3. References and sources used. 4. Your creativity in dealing with the case. 5. Learning points arising (ie: what you have learned from doing this case study). 6. Follow my tips for producing a great report. 7. Well balanced report including images-tables-charts to make the exam attractive and interesting to read
