Purpose of the Assignment:
The assignment is designed to provide learners the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to discuss leadership traits & styles and explore contemporary challenges.
Leadership Implementation Individual report:
Please select an organization that you are familiar with or wish to conduct research on. Please answer the following questions:
1. Please discuss the most appropriate leadership style that needs to be implemented for your organization to survive and prosper. You will need to reflect on the relevant theoretical concepts and leadership styles we cover during our webinars.
2. Please explain how Covid - 19 and the contemporary business environment and its challenges affect leadership in your selected organization. What additional leadership qualities and characteristics are required today for effective leadership?
