I believe that, for an individual, Ethics are defined as a code/set of values that they use to make their own decisions/actions. While an organization is a collection of many of such individuals, they set a standard set of principles that each individual of the organization must follow to direct the organization in its programs and policies in a hormonal way which ultimately develops the organization. Following this set of principles in the workplace to develop the organization is called Ethical behavior.

An organization needs to realize that the ethical behavior of employees at the workplace improves the company growth and at the same time their unethical behavior leads to the company demise.

The most common types of Unethical Behaviors in any organization are Abusive Behavior, Employee Theft, Misusing the company time, Lying to the employees, Violating the company's internet policies, etc.

Out of all the above mentioned, Misusing the company time and Employee theft has to be treated as threats to the organization/company because many people usually come late to the organization doing personal works keeping some other to cover for them. They may even change the timesheets. While some use the company time to develop their freelance business. While Employee theft is another big threat to the organization or company. In an article by Dr. Arthur. J Schwartz stated that one of the very few employees has been found as a thief who was caught looting from their employer and he also stated that few employees of an organization are stealing around 5.5% more than shoplifters which keeps the company or organization in grave danger. While abusive behavior in the workplace costs the employee's job and future,  as he might not get any other job in the future because of this remark in his past career and when a higher official of the organization abuses his colleagues, then the

whole company may lose its reputation, marketing value and customers as well. Likewise, all unethical behaviors in an organization may cost the employee and the organization a lot as we can see from a recent study which states that some companies have been paid around $70 billion as fines because of their decisions made regarding ethics along with some technical failures.

I strongly believe that the organization must appreciate the key employees who work hard to lead the company towards success in an ethical way, but at the same time, it should also take care to avoid the unethical behaviors of employees in the workplace by maintaining a good work environment or by taking severe action against the ones with unethical behavior else the organization with great ambition and a desire to build huge reputation may later operate a great peril.

Using business time for personal gain. Misusing business time is at the top of the list, whether it's covering for someone who is late or changing a time sheet. Knowing a coworker is performing personal business on company time falls under this category. The poll distinguishes between making cold calls to develop your freelancing business and phoning a spouse to see how your ill child is doing when it says "personal business." It is immoral to spend business time for personal gain.

Abusive Behavior:

There are far too many leaders in the workplace who abuse their position and authority to mistreat others. Unfortunately, there is frequently little to no legal protection against workplace abuse unless the problem includes race, gender, or ethnic origin. It is immoral to engage in abusive conduct.

Employee theft:

Employee theft is a felony and unethical, whether it involves tampering with checks, failing to report sales in order to skim, or manipulating expense reimbursements.

 Lying to employees:

Lying to your employees is the quickest way to lose their trust. You could be shocked at the findings if you ask employees if their boss or supervisor has lied to them in the last year. It is unethical to lie.

Breaching on the company's internet policies:

Cyber slackers, also known as cyber loafers. These phrases are used to describe persons who use the internet instead of working. For businesses, this is a multibillion-dollar problem. Who'd have guessed that monitoring your Facebook or Twitter account is now considered unethical? It is unethical to break workplace internet restrictions.

I would like to add the following point to my discussion post, Protect yourself, adds Deter. “We know enough about whistle blowers to know that retaliation exists.” You'll almost never be in a position where speaking up is completely secure, so "consider how you may defend yourself," says the author of Harvard Business review.

Some common types of unethical behavior in organisations are as follows.

 Abuse of company time

 Abuse

 Theft by employees

 Violation of company Internet policy

 Lying to employees

 Absence

All these unethical behaviors within the organisation have a profound impact on the overall efficiency and productivity of the organisation. For example, if employees are frequently absent, the overall efficiency of the organisation will definitely decrease. Absence is an example of workplace negligence and should be resolved by motivating employees to come to the workplace and making our faces more interesting.

The behaviours listed above are absolutely unacceptable, because these specific behaviors will reduce the quality of the work environment and also reduce the overall efficiency and productivity of the operating environment. The development and implementation of a strong code of ethics as a code of conduct will be a possible remedy for this situation.

Monitoring 20 kinds of behaviours is vital to everyone in the organisation. Pay attention to these types of employee behavior activities, because connectivity can lead to disasters in the work environment and the meaning of different discrimination laws. Violating the implementation of this specific type of ethics will also reduce the overall efficiency of specific employees involved in specific types of unethical behavior in the organisation.

can also bring uncomfortable conditions to early employees and other employees in the organisation, because it directly affects colleagues' overall attention to the specific organisational environment.

Transactional executives implement such ethical behaviours very quickly in their organisations. As transactional leaders, they are known for working with organisation's and better understanding organisational methods.
