Social Media and Internal and External Communication

Social media will play an effective role in fostering internal and external communication. For internal communications, the company will utilize Facebook and Twitter for all product development and other internal staff communication. All staff will be encouraged to have facebook accounts and link with the company’s account for updates. For external communications, the company will utilize all other platforms to reach a wider audience.

Social Media Tactics

The company will use social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram to reach a wide audience. The company will employ online marketing and social media to boost its visibility, attract potential consumers, and provide customer care across various social media platforms (Lim, 2021). It will also experiment with numerous marketing tactics. For the revamp, the company intends to reach 1.5 million people daily on its social media platforms with a more consistent tone for all flavours of the energy drink. The strategy will employ cross linking content from different social media platforms to ensure they are interactive. As part of its overall branding plan, Facebook is a key component of it.

Rationale for the social media strategy

The company's Facebook page will post more frequently than any other social media account. On the other hand, the company plans to use this channel to post frequent updates on its practices and localize the energy drink (Mintz et al., 2021). It will leverage local personalities in every marketing region to better advertise its energy drink and establish a connection with the public. The company will use Facebook to provide regular updates on product quality and address customer concerns and complaints.

The company's Twitter account will see more promotions. The company plans to tweet at least twice daily to keep its users interested in the site. Twitter offers an effective and cost-free advertising platform that can significantly save marketing costs (Mintz et al., 2021). Additionally, Twitter's ability to automatically display videos and images as you scroll down provides some tactical advantages regarding the energy drink marketing. Features such as this are great for advertising and shaping customer behavior. To better serve its clients, the company plans to extensively use the platform and associated accounts (Lim, 2021). Additionally, it will keep in touch with its clients by replying to their concerns and praises and their inquiries and recommendations from other social media platforms like, YouTube, and Instagram. Twitter will focus on increasing Conversions through posting more promotions

Facebook content will be posted twice a day. Content posted include product adverts and updates.

Youtube will post short video Adverts to improve customer Retention.

Instagram will focus on customer engagement. The content will include answering customer inqueries.
