Hello, I’m Professor Poole, your online instructor for BAF 101.
I would like to take a moment to discuss your upcoming INVESTMENT PROJECT.
While the completed assignment is not due until April, early preparation and engagement will lessen the stress of completing the assignment and maximize the learning objectives for the assignment.
It is important to note, that the assignment is worth 20% of your overall grade.
If you choose not to complete the project, you average grade on all other assignments must be 87% for you to earn a C or better for the class.
On the other hand, completing the investment project is an easy way to improve your overall grade for the class. With a little effort, you should be able to easily earn 90% of the available points for the project. Let’s say you have an average grade of 65% on all assignments excluding the investment project. If you score 90% on the project, you can raise your D grade to a C.
