The purpose of the Instructional Plan for Diverse Learner assignment is to incorporate the concepts of the course into an educational solution for a real-world problem. This assignment has two parts. Using the problem identified in your Target Audience assignment (please see attached paper in regard to this assignment), prepare an instructional plan that addresses the problem. This part of the plan will be explaining what you want to teach, information about your learners, and the revised learning outcomes and goal. The second part, which will be completed later in the semester, will be preparing the teaching.
There will be three sections for this paper, an introduction, discussion, and conclusion. An introduction does not include a heading due to its position in the paper. Include level one (major) headings for the Discussion and the Conclusion. Use level two headings (secondary to level one) to divide sections further. You do NOT need the Methods and Results sections in this assignment.
After the introduction, use the bulleted topics as your Level Two headings as you did in the Learning Theories paper. The full list of topics is further below. This is an example. So, it should look like this:

Purpose and goal of the education

And so on.... (See below for the full list.) This makes the paper organized and easy to follow. It also helps you to make sure you covered every topic that is in the instructions.
The focus of the Instructional Plan for Diverse Learners Part I is background information that guides decision-making in the development of the instructional event. In four to six pages (excluding the title page and the references), part one of the Instructional Plan for Diverse Learners explains the problem, summarizes the purpose of the education, and presents the goal and the desired learning outcomes.
Also to be included are how you would determine the learning needs assessment, summarize the learner or learners, and facilitators and barriers to learning. Discussion is to be substantiated from the literature. The content of the assignment should include:
· A description of the problem
· The setting of the problem (where you will teach)
· Purpose and goal of the education
· Description of the learner/learners and learning needs assessment
· Facilitators and barriers to learning (for the learners)
· Desired behavioral learning outcomes
Includes the text and at least two sources from the literature to support the position/s.
