I work for X Travel Company, which is travel agency. The company units include marketing, accounting, information technology. Travel agent will provide best and convenience service to customer, travel agents are knowledgeable and active in the industry, they will access the most up-to-date information on how to get customer the best value. Travel agent not only arranges the various modes of transportation, but a travel agent also may be able to save customer money with early booking discounts, special fares, hotel deals and travel advisories. I am a travel agents, which is unit of marketing, the purpose of marketing is increase the quality and type of services we offer, such as we provide a wide range of services, like family travel, group travel, adventure travel and so on. My work is picking up the phone, booking hotel and flight, and give customer best travel advice.

C) I think the best way to measured I have accomplished my objective or not is supervisor evaluation of the intern. The purpose of these evaluations is to promote the importance of communication between me and my supervisor, my supervisor will help me to identify areas where I can grow and improve professionally. My supervisor will according those questions to evaluate my performance, first is ability to learn, it will identity how speed I will learn a new knowledge. Second is computation skills, which will identify my communicates ideas and concepts clearly in

writing and works with mathematical procedures appropriate to the job. Third is creative thinking and problem solving, which will identify my ability to breaks down complex tasks/problems into manageable pieces, brainstorms/develops options and ideas, and demonstrates an analytical capacity. Fourth is my organizational effectiveness skills, which is identify my ability to seeks to understand and support the organization’s mission/goals, fits in with the norms and expectations of the organization, and works within appropriate authority and decision-making channels.

C) I think the best way to measured I have accomplished my objective or not is customer feedback. I will ask my customers, and let them to evaluate my service. That is one way to determine whether customers are happy with my level of service is to simply ask them. I can do this informally, by inquiring when they come into my establishment. I can offer follow-up phone calls or emails to ask customers about the quality of their last visit to my business. Or I can make the process more formal by creating surveys that ask questions about different aspects of my service and ask customers to fill them out and return them to me.

C) I think the best way to measured I have accomplished my objective or not is first is evaluate your goals for improving your time management skills. So determine a short list of specific areas which you wish to improve. Second is keep detailed records of how you currently spend your time, without attempting to make any changes to your existing work habits. Third is continue with your measurement process, but instead of keeping time records as you did in the previous step, monitor your progress on your daily or ongoing goals, and track how often you meet your own deadlines. Fourth is brainstorm, a list of ideas of how you might improve your efficiency, using the data you collected in the previous steps. Last is repeating this process as necessary.

3. Develop an overall Goal Statement.

First I want to expand my social network, that can make me manage my relationships more efficiently with nimble, to be effective on social media I need to engage with people, build strong relationships, and then continue to nurture and maintain those relationships. Second I want to improve my professional a career development skills, Improving the areas I identify may mean going on a course or workshop, or I may find that mentoring, guided reading, work-shadowing, or online study is more relevant. For instance, if I know that negotiation skills are an increasingly important part of my job, perhaps my manager could arrange for me to shadow someone with exceptional skills in this area, or even coach me through your next negotiation skills project. Third I want to manage my time effectively. Time is limited, so I need manage my time effectively, and that can make me accomplish more with less effort, improved decision-making ability, and became more successful in my career. Time management is the key to success. It allows you to take control of your life rather than following the flow of others. As you accomplish more each day, make more sound decisions, and feel more in control, people notice. Leaders in your business will come to you when they need to get things done. And that increased exposure helps put you in line for advancement opportunities.
