Written SOAR Interview Assignment Typically you would provide this information verbally during an interview; but this assignment will give you practice in thinking though your responses using this process, and capturing it for your further review and reflection. Train yourself to think through interview questions in this manner and you will more likely receive higher ratings from the interviewer.
