From an ATM, I would expect it to:

1. Be safe. 

1. I personally would never use an ATM outside of the one provided by my bank. For example, if I need to go to an atm machine, I would go to Bank of America. I can trust my bank provider; the location is secure; and the systems are newer, up-to-date models. 

2. To add on to the physical aspects, I would expect/ require it to have a card reader, keypad, cash dispenser, etc. As well as disability-friendly

The requirements that I expected for the Amazon Ocho were the following: 

· Offer a voice-initiated product that works through customer speech or can also be activated by a customer's touch.

· Alerts and notifications because have to be able to communicate any problem or error.

· Bluetooth connection for faster use.

· Enable a smooth Registration process that includes security and privacy for only one user
