1.Disruptive Technology is technology that is able to affect a normal operation of a market ,industry, or businesses operate. It basically sweeps away systems and replaces it with superior systems. It can help by modifying  a company that processes how to adapt, and helps provide provision of better services that will make sure the company is modified.

2.The UR5 bot  helped the SFEG by deploying  a fleet of mobile UR robots deployed throughout the sheet metal department, integrating them in the entire production cycle from cutting the initial blank on the blanking press to forming, folding and final assembly of the electrical components. Additional robots are planned to help tend the turret presses and press brakes. The UR5 cuts 16,000 wires daily, a job that used to be performed manually. The UR5 is placed at the end of the line right next to an employee that hands the robot a motor field part. The UR5 picks up the part, puts it in a holder, picks up a wire cutter to trim the wires.

3. The current average robotic density in the US is 176 units in 2015 to 255 units in 2020, ranking 7th in the world – ahead of Chinese Taipei 248 units and China 246 units. It compares to case study 1 because of how many bots were made from year to year around the world. The future of the business workforce will come down to how much technology will develop and sell overtime. Also how  much company's can make from the upcoming profit that is made from how much tech is sold by businesses .

Impact of Disruptive Technology in Business - Keyshaun Fleetion

1)  Disruptive technologies are recognized for their superior attributes, leaving behind the systems they replace. With disruptive technology, businesses can grow exponentially and be more successful. In addition, with new technology, workers' repetitive, tedious tasks are being eliminated, enabling them to be more strategic and innovative.

2)  The advantage of employing UR5, a universal robot, eliminated tedious and dangerous tasks for humans.

3) The current average robotic density in the US is 720,550 units. In contrast to Case Study 1, the average robotic density was 230,000 units in 2014. The uprising in robotic density has increased by 490,550 units. From my perspective, with more new advancements in technology, there will be a constant increase in robotic density. Which will lead to job loss and a rise in unemployment.

(Detailed APA Format Response)

The impact of disruptive technology in business has been gradual. According to Agrawal (2018), "technology has the potential to drastically change the way to work, live, do the business and increase the economic output" (p. 1). The use of disruptive technology makes products more affordable and accessible to a large community of people. In agreement with Smith (2022), "In most cases, disruptive technologies are better than the systems they replace, and they overthrow existing habits or systems"(p.1). As a result of innovation, products and services become better in a way the market does not expect or demand, but which rapidly becomes known as the best option for consumers.
