Regular Grants Program The Blue & You Foundation has an online application process for its regular grants of
$5,000 to $150,000, with a July 15 application deadline. All regular grant applications are held until after the July 15 deadline, so there is no advantage to applying early.
Regular grant applications are open from April 15 until midnight on July 15.

Any organization that has received Foundation “regular grant” funding for a speci�c program for a total of two years is not eligible to reapply for subsequent “regular grant” funding for the same program. The same rule of “no more than two years of funding for the same program” also applies to mini grants. After two years of funding for the same program, an organization is still eligible to apply for funding of a different health program.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS You must complete the application online and address the following �ve elements in your application.
The Executive Summary provides information about your organization and grant proposal. It should present a clear and concise statement that captures the essence of your proposed project. Please include:
Mission of your organization (100 word max.)
Project name
Requested dollar amount of grant
Why undertake this project: The need (300 word max.) Primary condition or health topic targeted
Project objectives (1,000 word max.)
Activities or methods your project will implement (1,000 word max.)
Number of people impacted
Target demographics Target geographic area
How you will use the grant funds requested (100 word max.)
Project super summary (100 word max.)
Timeline: Milestones throughout the year needed to achieve success (300 word max.)
Barriers to success (250 word max.)
Financial and human resources to be applied to the project, including expected support
from the community or other organization (250 word max.)

Likelihood of project continuing after the grant period (including other potential funding
sources) (200 word max.)
The project expense items, requested from the Blue & You Foundation and other sources.
(Please note that grants will not be made to proposals that are principally for construction
of facilities or purchase of large equipment. In making grants, please note that the
Foundation disfavors funding of "indirect costs." Therefore, when applying, please omit
"indirect costs" from your requests and budget.) Budget narrative explaining the project expense items requested (250 word max.)
You will need to include the following with your application:
Brief history of the sponsoring organization 501(c)(3) tax exemption letter from IRS
Most recent independent audit
Current annual operating budget for applying organization
Most recent IRS Form 990
Current Board of Directors, including their business or professional a�liations, and frequency of board meetings
Most recent Annual Report
List of other major business or foundation supporters for the last three years
Resume of Project Manager or Director
Other supporting documents (optional)

Mini Grants Program In addition to its regular grants program outlined on this site, the Blue & You Foundation
offers a simpler application for $500-$2,000 mini grants to support food pantries, governmental agencies, 501(c)3 nonpro�ts, and public schools, colleges, and universities in Arkansas. Grants will directly focus on food pantry support, health initiatives in public schools, colleges, and universities, and emergency response equipment like automated
external de�brillators (AEDs) (https://blueandyoufoundationarkansas.org/wp- content/uploads/2021/09/aed.pdf) (PDF), Naloxone/Narcan kits for opioid overdoes and
Stop the Bleed kits. Applications for mini grants are accepted January 1 – February 15, with funding decisions made by March 15.
RESTRICTIONS You may receive only one mini grant in a calendar year, and any organization that has received a mini grant or regular grant from the Blue & You Foundation in the last two years is not eligible for a mini grant. There is a two-year waiting period between mini grants. For example, an organization that receives a mini grant in January, 2021, is not eligible to apply for another mini grant until January, 2023.

After you apply You will be noti�ed if you have received a mini grant by March 15. If you receive a mini grant, you must submit a one-page report of your program results within six months.
