EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

At Princess Morrighan’s Tiny Angel Graphic Arts we pride ourselves on our work. We

strive to give excellent customer service, and to help our clients fulfill their dreams in the

way of advertisements, billboards, package design, logo development, and so much more.

We strive to create a steady growth of revenue in our company through a down payment,

and excellent service. We feel that investors will see that we run our company in an

organized manner and take great pride in what we do. We will have an HR department,

employee benefits, the latest equipment, and ways to ensure we are on the same page. We

take care of our employees, and customers because we want to have a great reputation

that will ensure we set the standards in graphic design, and that helps to set us apart from

other graphic designers. We also offer competitive prices that do not break the bank, but

will also not put us into debt. As supply and demand increases our prices are subject to

change. We only take on a certain amount of work to ensure our work does not suffer,

and the workers are not overwhelmed. Princess Morrighan’s Graphic Arts is named after

my daughter and me. She is my inspiration and the reason I have this dream. Our

company does do revisions and tries to ensure that our customers are happy in the hopes

that when our prices do increase they know how hard we work, and will still continue to

value and use our company to help them. We will have a Limited Liability Company

(LLC) business structure, licenses, and permits to ensure we are working within the

guidelines of the law. To invest in our company is to help a dream blossom into reality

that will only grow with time. Someday our brand will be recognized worldwide, and

give the world an opportunity to be a part of it by purchasing the services we offer. Our

business will always strive to do the best we can even though we are just starting out we

have high hopes for the future. The rapid growth we have laid out for 2018, in the

Financial Analysis, will show how we will gain rapid revenue growth. We have our

strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats just as any company does, but we can

turn those weaknesses into strengths over time. We can then make the threats disappear

by handling our business in a smart manner, by doing research on the competition, and

learning as we go along the way. By doing research, and factoring in how to stay

competitively priced, we have a chance to become something big in the long run. Our

target market is simple, we our here to help startup, or existing companies within the Salt

Lake City area with their concepts, package design, logo concepts, and much more. We

will meet with the clients face-to-face to ensure there are no mix-ups, and that they are

happy with the finished product. We will advertise our company through online ads such

as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other media sources. We will also have flyers, magazine ads,

and business cards to ensure we look professional, and attract clients. We will use grants,

and government contracts to ensure funding in some ways. Our goal is to eventually go

global.
