Synopsis
<The synopsis is a narrative summary in complete sentences. The length should not exceed one-half (1/2) page. Include the topic of health communications campaign, description of the health behavior or issue, justification of the need for the campaign, goal, or outcome of the campaign, and the communication theory or model used. The synopsis should also include how this campaign will add to the research or knowledge in this area of public health.>
Health Communications Campaign Plan Description
<In this description, more detail is provided to enable a general understanding of the plan being proposed in the paper that follows. The length is up to one (1) page. Bulleted items or a similar format can be used to provide details for the following topics: Key Strategies in the plan, description of the Targeted Audience, Communication Channels, core Messages, Tactics (major milestones, timelines, and resources), Stakeholders and Partners, and Evaluation Measures.
Format Example:

<Include only references for citations used in the Executive Summary. Length is one-half (1/2) page. Do not include attachments or exhibits in the summary. Tables, charts, or graphs can be imbedded in the text, keeping in mind the maximum page length.
The Executive Summary should not exceed two pages. Enough information should be provided to give the reader an understanding of what the full presentation or paper will include. Use APA style for citation of sources.>
