Walter,
You have made good progress on this project. I've attached a tips sheet to help you answer the remaining questions.
Please review my detailed comments on the rubric for 8/20/21.
Keep up the good work.

1) Determines the anticipated outcomes or challenges at each level of the organization for each behavior theory and considers how the individual, group, and organization are motivated and the behavioral changes that are likely to occur by hiring the candidate. NOT MASTERED!!!!!
8/20/21 To achieve mastery, you must identify at least two outcomes and challenges at each level of the organization for both behavior theories. What is the impact at the individual (2), team (2), and organizational levels (2) if the candidate's needs are met? For example, if the candidate receives special accommodations, how could this impact each level? If the candidate's health needs are addressed, what is the impact to each level? Please consult the Learning Resources, (Organizational Behavior Management, Organizational Behavior, Chapter 6, Content Theories of Motivation)
2) Describes the limitations, risks, and ethical considerations of applying behavior theory to inform decisions. NOT MASTERED!!!!!
8/20/21 As stated in pervious feedback, you must provide 2 examples of limitations, risks, and ethical considerations of applying behavior theory to inform decisions. Based on the candidates health and family issues, what risks does the company take when hiring this person? What are the limitations of using needs-based behavioral theories?
