Congratulations! I am proud of each of you and take your success personally. You have made it to the last week of the course and should be proud of yourselves! So far, you have learned the responsibilities of the manager’s job, entrepreneurship and new venture management, employee motivation and performance, and human resources in organizations. Although there have been many lessons learned over the last 9 weeks, I want to afford you the opportunity to show your creativity and high interest. For your final exam compose a 25-slide power point that shows your understanding of the fundamentals of management by way of Chapters 2, 6, 7, or 11. This is an opportunity to go back and restudy the chapter that stood out to you the most among these four. I look forward to which chapter you choose.
