Research and read current papers and journals and search the Internet to find legal cases of firms and/or executives of those firms that have been charged in a U.S. Supreme Court case regarding a Business Law issue and draft a two to three page single spaced paper responding to the questions as follows. The case should not be more than five years old and should not be one covered in our text materials. Make sure there is a published opinion available, as the re is a delay between when the court hears the case and the published opinion is released.
