DATE: January 19, 2003 TO: Diana Blackwell, Karen Smith FROM: Kelsey Hall, Communications Intern   SUBJECT: Exhibitor Information for the 2003 OFA Short Course Trade Show

I have received e-mail messages and phone calls asking questions about exhibit booths at the trade show. As office administrators, you would help by answering basic questions about reserving a booth for the OFA Short Course Trade Show. Enclosed are responses to the commonly asked questions.

When is the trade show? July 12, 13, and 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Where is the trade show? Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio

How much does a booth cost? A 10’ by 10’ booth is $1,550 for non-members and $1,150 for OFA members.

When is payment due for the booth? Before March 1, OFA must receive the renewal contract and a 50% deposit. After March 1, exhibitors must submit the exhibitor contract and payment in full.

When can I reserve a booth space? Exhibitors from the 2002 Short Course have first right of refusal on exhibit space for the 2003 Short Course until March 1. Shortly after that date, sales will be opened to the general public. If new exhibitors would like to be notified when exhibit space is open, we will contact them by e-mail. Please ask for their name and e-mail address and add the information to the new exhibitor listserv.

Where do I get an exhibitor contract? Exhibitors can download a contract from http://www.ofa.org/exhibitor_form.aspx.
