Culture factor is the set of beliefs, moral values, traditions, language, and laws held in

common by a nation, a community, or other defined group of people. Culturally determined

characteristics include: the language spoken at home; religious observances; customs acceptable

gender roles and occupations(The Gale Group Inc,2002). Homer and Margie Simpson family is

endogamous. The values of their relationship is they’ll go to extremes to show their affection for

each other, They'll go to extremes to show their affection for each other, They're always thinking

of each other and they forgive each other for past mistakes.

Social factors are things that affect lifestyle, such as religion, family or wealth. These can

change over time(Nugent.P,M.S.,April 2013). The more couples have in common, the higher the

reported relationship satisfaction and the more durable the relationship. During the Simpson

show its shows how Homer and Margie connects with the sociological factor from how romantic

and loving they was to one another. They relationship was more on their marital status and how

they couple treat one another from them being married with kids and the choices they make in

their relationship.

Psychological Factors is growing up, becoming an adult and having responsibilities. The

Simpson episode it show Homer and Margie sexual life seems healthy. They often display their

love for each other, including jealousy over sexual rivals. . The couple relationships seem

rewarding due to the fact the couple shows even though they sometimes don’t get alone their

behaviors and resources influence Homer and Margie to continue their relationship.
