Use Case Diagram

A company wants to build a website where user can register them and buy/renew health insurance policies. Also, they can process claims from a separate section on the website. Once logged in, user can see their policy details and pay the premium online.

Create a Use Case diagram for the same mentioning the features explained below:

Do not forget to mention the actors and boundary of the system. Use include and associations appropriately. Document any assumptions that you take. Make at least 2 assumptions.

Provide all the detailed explanations of the Use Case Diagram including Actors, Boundary, use cases and how they are all connected.

#	Feature Name	Feature Details
1	New Policy Issuance	Health Insurance New Policy- All registered users with their login and password should be able to buy new policies from the various options from the website
2	Renewal	Health Insurance Policy renewal- All users would be able to renew policy from the application before expiration. For expired policies, users will have to contact branch offices
3	Claim	All users would be able to claim through the application
4	Payment	Payments would be accepted via Debit/Credit cards and Digital Wallets. Payment modes are yearly/quarterly/ half yearly
5	Cancellation	Cancellations of policies are not allowed via website. Users will have to go to the local branch offices
6	User Login	All US users, 18 years and above are to create their login id and generate a password to be registered and access the application. There will be 2 step authentications for login.
