Choose a variety of topics (at least five different ones) for your file. Choose topics that would be of interest to parents (particularly of preschool age children). These could be books/websites on various topics to inform or educate parents, or could be children’s books that parents would read to their child on a specific topic. 15 books should be children’s books. 15 books/articles should be for parents/adults.

· Ensure that at least 15 of the books you list concern some type of behaviour issue.

o (i.e.: the topic could be ‘Biting’, or ‘Sibling Rivalry’, etc.)

· For each book, record the following information.

· Title

· Author

· Publisher

· A brief summary of what information is covered in the book

· Personal advice

· For each website, record the following information:

· Title

· Author

· Date of retrieval

· Website

· A brief summary of what information is covered in the book

· Personal advice

· This information will be placed in a binder or file with dividers indicating the various topics.

· A report of at least 500 words will be written on one of the books. It will include why the book would be useful in your library and what was personally learned from reading this resource.
