Since the emergence of Covid-19 pandemic, organizations have been forced to adopt to the new normal. This is using digital technology in your organization to ensure the pandemic does not affect the new transformations of functioning in the digital world. Digital organization will continue to be put into practice for a long time since the pandemic would not end instantly and people return back to normal. My organization is a manufacturing company that produces computer accessories, furthermore it is a small and medium sized organization. The aim of my organization is to ensure every beneficiary of the organization gets maximum satisfaction from the services offered digitally (Pascual 2021, P414). The organization deals with manufacturing of laptop accessories whereby the structures already put in the organization enable efficient work environment and also to clients’ accessibility and good service all the time. It is however important for my organization to adopt to the digitalization era which creates more chances of running a successful computer accessories manufacturing and selling products due to the good ideas formulated to handle digital world during the pandemic.

My organization of manufacturing computer accessories is keen on ensuring the organization adopts to the digital world of conducting business. However, the big task is convincing members of the taskforce especially the non-technical process-oriented business managers to adopt to the new changing times of digital transformation in the business world (In Dirsehan 2021, P301). However, I am determined to convince the task force members on the best way to approach digital transformation in the organization. Furthermore, why the organization needs to switch to digital world of conducting business. Failing to adopt to the new way of conducting business digitally will result in loosing of some clients who prefer carrying out transactions digitally.

One of the reasons for advocating for digital transformation in the organization is to ensure the desired result is achieved. This can be done by defining success. In order to digitize the organization, the end goal should be kept in mind hence concentrating on specific objectives. In order to be able to streamline our transactions, it is important to deal with high level and yet specific objectives. Adopting digital mode will assist in saving time, saving costs and enabling the customer to be satisfied with the accessory of choice (Murswieck 2021, p114). Defining success in the digital business world is what will support task force members and also the organization as a whole with inclusive of the customers who are the supporters of the organization by purchasing the manufactured accessories.

Creating a digital business model will play an important role since it is determined by the level of success you want to achieve (Fellbrant 2021, p232). The best way to make use of digital business model is to identify a model in terms of how various digital platforms have been innovative in their organizations. Taking advantage of the latest trends will give the organization an upper hand in staying ahead of the other organizations competing against our organization. Adopting to digital Business Models gives organizations an opportunity to use technology in such a way that it is able to deal and address to customer needs in a way that is unique. Being unique enables the organization to operate in a different level from the other competitors.

The use of advanced software platforms is the new way of accelerating the organization to successful digital transformation. This includes using latest software depends on the need in your organization whereby it can carry out any task imaginable and also running of the business. The software will handle finances by managing it, also in terms of marketing, operations and sales (Esakki 2021, P187). This will result in increasing customer’s satisfaction, streamlining the running of the organization since it is done much faster and efficiently. The software is able to carry out almost everything. Failure to adopt to the new trends will lead to the organization being less efficient as competitor are also advancing in their business technology.

The above points on digital transformation in the business environment will be able to convince the task force members to adopt to the era of technology in business. You’re right and I agree in the context of adopting technology, which is the case you make. The question was about the approach to be used, Agile or traditional and why? You miss that. With the above explained I am confident the task force members would support the idea of creating a digital business world in our organization hence increasing on profits.
