To complete the Organizational Reflection on Co-Creative Relationships and Storytelling Assignment, provide a cohesive response to the following:
· Summarize the 2 or 3 main take-always you gained and why you think they are important.
· Evaluate the skills and knowledge you have that will enable you as a leader or a follower to effectively ‘flip roles’ between leader and follower.
· Assess the impact co-creative relationships have in promoting positive social change.
· Assess the component of storytelling as a key leadership skill.
