Consider any local service organization of your choice in UAE. Discuss the importance of using lean six sigma philosophy for the continuous improvement of the quality of service delivery for your chosen organization.

Offer suggestions for further improvement of quality assurance by addressing the information technology (IT) and supply management challenges in the context of UAE.
