Notes pages are not being used.  

I am not  sure of the problem-anti-psychotic meds? What is the change?  I see that outcomes are to stabilize, improve compliance and quality of life.  But what  change will be used to achieve these outcomes?

The lessons learned are rather general.  Be sure to use and cite resources.
