GSWS 102 Feminist Action – Assignment D Information

For Assignment D you need to design a feminist button – here are some examples. Try to come up with

one of your own, then write a short piece saying why you choose this, what campaign/issue it addresses

and how that relates to our course. It does not have to be based on present times – so you could design

a button for events/issues in the past. Nor does it have to be for an issue in Canada/USA/West. It can

even be in another language BUT you have to provide a translation. You can draw it, use Paint or

another graphic program, use powerpoint or simply make it in Word. Send your design to your TA as an

email attachment by the due date.
