I am testing the significance of samples taken from three sites affected by prescribed burning. One recent, one old burn and no burn, which was used as a control site. I want to test the compare and test abundance, species richness and diversity between each site. e.g Compare No burn abundance Recent burn abundance Old burn abundance Is there a positive or negative difference? and so on for the other metrics. I also want to test seed dispersal for the same ants in old, recent and no burn. Compare the seed dispersal rate across the three sites and test if there is a difference between them. I assume that would be similar to the previous analysis style. I realize I can't use an ANOVA or t-test, I need something else. Can you help?
