Cost, Quality, and Time are the three main goals of any project. For the project to be effective, these three must be synchronized. Companies occasionally make sacrifices to maintain product quality by reducing expenses, delaying timelines, and completely relying on resources. This may either be successful or unsuccessful. Due to the delay in schedules and if any new requirements added according to client need, this sudden requirement makes to compromise on the part of cost and resources which indirectly effects the quality of product One of the major concerns is a lack of resources. Although a project may have excellent planning and design, the lack of resources during implementation puts pressure on the company's limited resources. The main issue is that the resources at hand must produce a thorough and accurate report by the deadline. Another issue with project development is the integration of time and cost. Projects typically follow Work breakdown structures (WBS), cost analysis and quality reports are handled via transactions and codes. It is challenging to gather information from both ends as Schedules and Cost use separate reporting platforms.

Assignment

Using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, or another project management software tool, create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for a project of interest, such as developing a website, building a house, or planning an event. Break down the individual tasks into small enough parts that a worker could easily follow and complete them. Determine within your WBS different task relationships, the order in which they must be done, which can be done in tandem, and an estimation of how long each task will take to complete.
