Background: The CRE project is comprised of a term paper and an oral PowerPoint presentation. The project is worth 200 points and counts towards 30% of your final grade. The CRE project assignment will be the only assignment posted in week10. Over the next two modules you will prepare the PowerPoint and record your presentation (detailed instructions will be provided).

For Assignment 8 you will complete a draft of the CRE term paper that you were introduced to in Assignment 7. After you have submitted your term paper draft to this assignment I will post a pdf review and edit. You will refer to my edit as you clean up your draft and submit it in week 10. 

Instructions to complete the paper draft:

You will finish the following APA-style research paper attached that I have started for you: CRE PROJECT TERM PAPER

You have 5 tasks:

(1) Read the Introduction and Methodology sections of the paper.

(2) In the Results section of the paper you need to write wherever you see **FINISH**. Specifically, finish the narration of Table 1 on p. 3. Narration means you need to describe the results in the Table in several sentences. Just describe the demographic characteristics of the sample by repeating how I wrote the first sentence for gender.

(3) In the Results section read my narration of Figure 1. Now repeat this narration for Figure 2 on p. 5.

(4) In the Results section finish the narration I have started for Table 2 on p. 6.

(5) You need to write the Discussion section of the paper. The purpose of the Discussion is to interpret and describe the significance of the results in light of what was already known about the research problem being investigated, and to explain any new understanding or fresh insights about the problem after you've taken the findings into consideration. The Discussion section of this research paper has three sections: Interpretations (What do the Results Mean?), Implications and Recommendations (Why do the Results Matter? What Should be Done?), and Limitations and Future Research (What Can’t the Results Tell Us? What New Research Should Follow?) You must include at least two of the following papers in the Implications and Recommendations section of the Discussion (follow APA style for in-text citing--each paper has the full APA style reference at the top of the paper). For example, you may want to use the Aboobvaker (2019) to discuss recommendations for increasing employee retention by increasing well-being in an organization. Be specific with your recommendations. List some actual steps that you recommend employers or human resource managers can do.
